Any puja materials brought by the pandit (such as hawan kund, deity photos, or other reusable items) that remain at the customer’s premises after the completion of the puja are kindly requested to be returned to BookMyPooja.
In such cases:
The cost of return/transportation will be borne by the customer.
If certain items (such as the hawan kund) are hot or not immediately movable after the puja, we request customers to kindly arrange necessary assistance (such as a porter/helper) to ensure safe handling and return.
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage these materials efficiently. Please note that BookMyPooja and the assigned pandit may not be able to arrange return logistics or bear the associated costs.
Regular cancellations and reschedule rules will not apply on the dates mentioned.
Any bookings made for these dates and dates +/-1 day, after the pandit ji is assigned, there will not be any reschedule allowed with regards to timing.
The cancellation penalty will be 100% of the charges.
This is due to the fact that – because of festive rush demands, managing and reshuffling pandit ji schedules becomes an impossible task.
Your cooperation is appreciated.
