Taddinam is the annual Shraddha ritual performed on the Tithi of death of a departed family member. This sacred duty is traditionally undertaken by the Karta (eldest son) or a close male relative and is considered one of the most important Pitru Karmas for ensuring the peace and upliftment of ancestral souls.

Taddinam Ceremony Includes:

• Performed every year on the Tithi (not English calendar date) of the departed soul
• Can be done as Hiranya Shraddha (without Homam) or with Agni-Homam
