Vavu Bali Tharpanam Procedure

The Vavu Bali Tharpanam is performed every year on Amavasai (new moon day) for the ancestors who have passed away. The ceremony follows these steps:

  • Food offerings are made to the ancestors, along with prayers and rituals.
  • The ceremony is performed in batches at our Vavu Bali Tharpanam Centers.
  • Duration: The ritual takes approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
  • Location: It will be performed only at our center in Yalahanka, Rajajinagar, Malleshwaram

For 2025, the Vavu Bali Tharpanam will be observed on 5th August 2025.
