• The pooja is performed in the evening, and the fast is broken only after seeing the moon.

What is Sankashti Vrata?

Sankashti Chaturthi Vrata is described in the Narasimha Purana and Bhavishya Purana.
It was explained by Lord Krishna to Yudhisthira about the power of this vrat.
