What is Antim Sanskar?
Antim Sanskar is the last of the 16 Hindu Samskaras, performed after death to guide the soul toward moksha (liberation). It is the sacred responsibility of the family to perform these final rites in accordance with Vedic scriptures. When done correctly, Antim Sanskar helps the departed exit the physical world without obstacles and enter Pitrulok peacefully
