In case of unavailability of preferred language pandit, BookMyPooja will assign a Pandit that closely matches with your culture

We understand that you may have to cancel the Pooja ceremony for some reasons.
In case of customer initiated cancellations,

- If the pooja is cancelled for more than 96 hours, 90% amount will be refunded
- If the pooja is cancelled for 48 to 96 hours, 50% amount will be refunded
- If the pooja is cancelled for 0 to 48 hours, no amount will be refunded
We strive to provide the best experience possible, however in some cases if Pandit ji can not attend to the scheduled Pooja, BookMyPooja shall process full refund within 5 working days.
Yes, during the booking process you will be asked to select the Booking Date and Time. If you are unsure of the auspicious date and time, please choose the option "Let BookMyPooja team suggest auspicious time", and provide your Rashi, Nakshatra, and Preferred date range where you intend to perform. You can proceed with the booking this way.

While the Puja Packages include most of the items required during the Puja, there are certain household items that are expected that the Host shall arrange.
Things such as utensils, House God's Photos, Chowki / Paat / Chourang / God's aasan , Vastras for Daan, Loose coins. Please refer to the Puja Package section that outlines Home Preparation List required for the particular puja in detail.
You get Pandit ji details and Home preparation list sufficiently in advance for the Puja. You are not required to contact Pandit ji, as they receive all relevant information automatically after he is assigned to your Puja. BookMyPooja operations team ensures assigned Pandit Ji s on time arrival. The Pandit Ji contact details are provided for contingency purposes.
