Ritual Procedure of Pavamana Homam
This sacred homam is conducted by experienced Telugu-speaking Vedic pandits and includes:
- Ganapathi Pooja and Sankalpam
- Invocation of Lord Vishnu, Soma Devudu, Hanuman, and Agni Devata
- Kalasha Sthapana and Mandala setup
- Chanting of the Pavamana Suktas — around 700 mantras from the 9th Mandala of Rigveda
- Homam with ghee, darbha, white mustard, and sacred offerings
- Ahuti for each mantra chanted, followed by Purnahuti and blessings
This homam may take 3–4 hours depending on the number of repetitions of the mantras.

Your puja booking is inclusive of Pandit ji Dakshina. You are not expected to Pay anything beyond this. Our Pandits are trained to not ask for extra dakshina. If you intend to pay after the puja voluntarily, that is left between you and Pandit ji, and BookMyPooja would not be part of this interaction.
Each Pandit ji s banking details are registered with BookMyPooja. After the Puja is over, Dakshina is transferred online directly to their bank account
It is completely optional and we leave this decision between the Pandit ji and you, however it is not an obligation as you have already paid for the Dakshina for the Puja ritual
