It involves invoking the divine presence through 365 Shiva Lingas made from Putta Mannu (ant-hill clay), arranged in the sacred Kailasa Yantra Prastaram — a divine geometric layout used for year-long Shiva archana.
This elaborate pooja not only channels Shiva's grace but also includes representations of:
- Ashta Dikpalakas (Guardians of the eight directions)
- Ashta Ganapathis
- Dakshinamurthy, Yama, Chitragupta, Tandaveshwaras, and symbolic Trishulas

Each of the 365 Lingas is worshipped individually, followed by Panchamrutha Abhishekam and fruit juice abhishekams, making it a highly devotional and purifying ritual.
